Business Development Managers

As a Business Development Manager you will drive sales to new clients and/or help build existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop a marketing and sales plan for the sale of Infomaxium services to new and existing clients, based on an agreed upon list with the Partners.
Engage in selling services provided by Infomaxium including consulting services and personnel placement services.
Complete Weekly Sales Activities Report, and sales projections.
Participate in the weekly status report meeting.
Develop Sales Business Plan.
Prepare list of prospects.
Recruit suitable candidates for open job orders from clients.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in selling consulting services to medium and large clients
Ability to work under pressure
Prefer candidates who have sold over $1 million in sales per year
Bachelors Degree (minimum), preferably in Business or Computer Science.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Resource Recruiters

As a Resource Recruiter, you will work with our BDMs and Partners to respond with suitable candidates to work orders received from our clients.

Responsibilities:

Understand the needs and expectations of our clients
Select a short list of candidates in response to a work order
Conduct several searches in the same time period
Work with clients to close a deal on a resource
Follow up with clients
Farm additional business on existing clients
Participate in the weekly status report meeting.
Develop Sales Business Plan.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in filling job orders
Ability to multitask and fill several orders in the same timeframe
Work under pressure and under tight timelines
Bachelors Degree (minimum), preferably in Business or Computer Science.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Project Managers

As a Project Manager you'll be managing large scale application development projects using our client's software framework and tools.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, including management of scope, budget, risk, resources, plan/timeline, internal communications and external client communications. Leads project teams and is responsible and accountable for overall success of project.
Determines staffing needs for projects, and works with resource management and other project managers to coordinate assignment of staff to projects. This may include working with a small number of subcontractors and/or partners.
Works with other departments to prepare services contracts.
Ensures internal and external client escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner for prompt problem resolution on projects.
Participates in, or leads, knowledge-sharing activities and makes contributions to our client’s knowledge-base. This may include working with and/or providing presentations to internal groups/resources.
Proactively maintains an understanding of our client’s solutions and architectures, including competitive analysis. This may include building and maintaining strong ties with other corporate resources.
Works with pre-sales to help qualify solution sales opportunities. Provides services time/effort estimates and project plans for use in proposals.
Provides client presentations regarding methodologies, our client’s value proposition, and project management processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated breadth of project management skills with minimum of 3 years of experience managing multi-person applications development projects.
Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence (BI) and/or data mining technical experience
Bachelors Degree (minimum), preferably in Business or Computer Science.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Assets:

Experience working in a vendor/competitive sales environment serving external clients. (ideally you’re from a Big 5 or Independent Software Vendor)
PMI Certification (PMP) or desire to achieve certification within one year
Experience with BI products and tools (e.g., Cognos, Hyperion, SAS, Business Objects, Information Builders (IBI), Generation5, MicroStrategy, CRM, etc).

ETL Developers (Datastage, Informatica, Cognos)

As an ETL Developer, you will work on client projects utilizing your demonstrated skills to provide business value in professional environments.

Qualifications:

More than 2+ years of practical experience
Work under pressure and under tight timelines
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

J2EE Developers

As a J2EE Developer, you will work on client projects utilizing your demonstrated skills to provide business value in professional environments.

Qualifications:

More than 2+ years of practical experience
Work under pressure and under tight timelines
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

.NET Developers

As a .NET, you will work on client projects utilizing your demonstrated skills to provide business value in professional environments.

More than 2+ years of practical experience

Quality Assurance Testers
